"Check for Updates"

All Infinite Nexus products include a "Check for Updates" menu item in the application menu (in this case the DriveGauge menu next to the Apple menu.) This feature checks for a live network connection and then connects to the Infinite Nexus server to automatically check to see if you have the latest version of DriveGauge and if not gives you the option to download it without wading through lots of links & Web pages to find the newest version.

DriveGauge 3.x includes the newly released "Check for Updates" v.2.0, which has more robust error handling, more detailed explanations (including version and build numbers) and also a new Details section - a collapsable pane in which a detailed update list can be found listing bug fixes, features, and other changes so you can choose whether to download the update or not (requires a live Internet connection.)

Tip: DriveGauge includes the ability to check for updates at launch if you'd like, just check the Preferences.
