QuickFix

QuickFix is a relatively safe and easy way to reset DriveGauge's Drive List and settings. If extra volumes are appearing and disappearing incorrectly in the list or preferences are corrupted for a volume (such as switched preferences, incorrect applies, or other symptoms) QuickFix will solve this by removing the stored copy of your Drive List, allowing a new version to be generated. This will cause all settings to be lost (drives will appear in their appropriate order on the 2^nd launch because DG will sort on each launch until it is appropriatley adjusted, see Tip below.)

This feature is available from the QuickFix menu item under the Help menu.

Tip: A relaunch of DG is recommended after running QuickFix since a new Drive List isn't generated until DriveGauge is relaunched (and it could act unpredictably.)
