Getting Info for an Item...

Compare Folders includes complete Get Info support that allows you to open an informational window for any selected item. The Get Info window(s) displays the selected item's name, extension, type, size, the date it was created, the date it was last modified, its icon and the full path of the item within the system.

A lock icon is displayed to the right of the item's name to indicate when a file is locked, although this is not normally visible. A "Show in Finder" button is available next to the item's path that will select the item in a new Finder window when clicked. Each Get Info window is resizable and displays the item's name in it's title.

These attributes are not editable and the Get Info window is simply a larger and more informative view of the results window's list entry. Once opened an item's Get Info window will no longer update as it is snapshot of the item's information displayed in a larger format.
